There are a number of options in preparing, completing and storing your particular production. hoedl's haven productions© will provide you with the various options to meet your personal needs.  

 

Compared to so many other video editing services, the pricing and effort are minimal. You simply provide the raw video footage, digital images, photographs, etc., and hoedl's haven productions© will take you step by step through the process of creating a wonderful keepsake.

How long will my project take?

Depending on the number of projects waiting to be created, the normal turnaround time is 2-3 weeks (with the exception the time period just prior to high school graduations). Rush orders are accepted and are subject to a 20% rush fee.

Do I have a chance to preview my video project before it's finalized?

Absolutely. You will have the opportunity to preview your video project and be allowed two change request orders before hoedl's haven productions© moves your video project to its final production.

Is it safe to ship my valued images and video footage?

Although hoedl's haven productions© cannot guarantee the shipping services of any business, you are encouraged to utilize Fed Ex and/or UPS. Both services provide reliable tracking and signature options. You are also encouraged to package all images/video in zippered plastic bags and bubble wrap. If you reside in the Fargo/Moorhead area, hoedl's haven productions© also provides local pick-up and delivery service.
