It is the purpose of the Finance Committee to provide financial support and direction for the overall Carnival Committee and its subcommittees. It is also the purpose of the Finance Committee to develop the annual initial budget for the Carnival Committee and provide the Committee and the PTO with a final financial report of the annual Carnival.
